Training
Based on his many years of experience as a consultant and coach, and with the background of his Transactional Analysis education, Dr. Thomas Steinert offers a variety of public training courses in his seminar company IN.TACT Hannover.
His training group in Transactional Analysis is at the head of the class:
Correctly applying transactional analysis in organisations
Training to become a Transactional Analyst
The series of seminars entitled "Systematic Personnel and Organisational Development" (SPOE) is directed at trainers and consultants as well as managers, who are in advanced training to become Transactional Analysts.
The group is designed in such a way that "younger" participants learn from "older" ones, and is in principle open to new participants.
The individual events are based on an annual subject schedule, which the participants complete together, taking into consideration the training curriculum of the DGTA (German Society for Transactional Analysis).
The central training objective is to convey different core competencies, including:
- positioning in the area of conflict between consultant and client
- selection of an optimum project or process architecture
- advanced concepts of Transactional Analysis in the field of organisation - four-way contracts, psychological games
Short presentations by Dr. Thomas Steinert, supervision, case discussions, and presentations by the participants form a broad methodological spectrum.

Manage-correctly - awaken potential
Introduction to Transactional Analysis
Correct leadership, guidance, and management are not only a question of the position in the corporate hierarchy or of actual power; rather, it is also decisively dependent on the personality and the management techniques of the specific person. This seminar provides an introduction to Transactional Analysis as well as a basic knowledge of the various management styles, team leadership, conflict resolution, and related topics. The course is directed at managers, project leaders, and trainers who are planning to become involved with Transactional Analysis, as well as the company's junior staff who are looking for an introduction to management techniques.
The training course is recognised as a 101 course by the German Society for Transactional Analysis (DGTA).

Becoming aware of power - Effectively controlling processes
Micro-politics, power structures, relationships to other managers:
Power needs a manager to be released. However, what are the limits of this power; how can it be used within the framework of change processes, and how can we use power without provoking unnecessary conflicts? The key term here is micro-politics. This means that we are dealing with strategies, tactics, and procedures which managers apply to exert influence and to steer processes in their interests. This seminar imparts how to correctly deal with formal and informal power structures and helps to consciously deal with micro-politics at the management level. Based on Transactional Analysis, the role relationships in the relationship to (other) people with power are explained. The target groups of the seminars are managers and executives.
