Since its founding in 1989, MT-Berater AG has grown into a competent as well as an international management company and service network.

As a consulting company for change, development, and training projects in the banking and insurance sectors, in the chemicals industry, and the automotive industry, for automotive subcontractors, the petroleum industry and in mining, we have great reserves of experience and products.

Our consulting services as well as personnel development and training work are concentrated on the requirements of industrial and service companies, as well as private and non-profit institutions. In the past few years, we have mainly focussed on the e-Business needs of the old economy. We develop solutions for the integration of new business potential in major corporate developments.

We achieve success through special project coaching methods and the design of implementation processes.
